THE LADY WHO WAS BEAUTIFUL INSIDE by Edward Monkton

Sometimes there are few words needed to express something great. Sometimes the simplest of drawings tell us a great deal about how life works. Edward Monkton’s gift books fall into this category- simple and easy to understand words a long with nearly stick-figure drawings.

The lady who was beautiful inside can be finished in less than five minutes but the lesson that can be learnt from it lasts a lifetime. How many women have gone through life hating how they look? Hating their body? Hating putting on weight? This book is about how women cry over not looking like models instead of focusing on how they can change the world with just one smile. This book teaches us that sometimes we just need a person, anyone – even a stranger to make us realise how much joy we can bring into this world if we just smile. It reminds us that true beauty comes from withnin and is not defined by how thin a woman is, how perky her breasts are or even how long her legs are.

This book will inspire its readers who can see the deeper meaning behind the simple words and drawings.
